
Required Qualifications
- Maintains a Professional Image
- Maintains a satisfactory attendance record
- Physical strength to move or assist residents, including full weight-bearing situations. Must have knowledge in the use of Hoyer and/or other types of lifts
- Provides documentation of completion of CBRF training, preferably with practical experience
- Demonstrates competency through skill/knowledge testing
- Is able to report a patient’s health status and/or concerns to supervisory personnel
- Has reliable transportation
- Has a reliable phone for arranging work schedules
- Minimum six months of clinical experience prior to the application date
- Is at least 18 years old
- High School diploma preferred. Will consider GED
- Abides by policies in the Employee Policy Manual (Handbook)
- TB Screen and current immunizations
