Required Qualifications

  • Physically able to do assigned job duties
  • Maintains a Professional Image
  • Maintains a satisfactory attendance record
  • Is licensed with the State working in and keeps license valid
  • Is able to report a patient’s health status and/or concerns to supervisory personnel
  • Obtains and Maintains C.P. R. certification, physical examination, T.B. Screening, and current immunizations
  • Demonstrates competency through skill/knowledge testing
  • Attends required in-services and provides documentation to FCMS
  • Has reliable transportation
  • Has a reliable phone for arranging work schedules
  • Abides by policies in the Employee Policy Manual (Handbook)
  • Upon license renewal, forward a copy to FCMS
  • Is aware of and fully understands the current professional standards of practice, responsibilities, duties, and legal limitations as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act
