Is licensed with the State working in as a Registered Nurse and keeps license valid
Provides a copy of the license upon each renewal to FCMS
Demonstrates competency through skill/knowledge testing
Is able to report a patient’s health status and/or concerns to supervisory personnel
Has reliable transportation
Has a reliable phone for arranging work schedules
Is aware of and fully understands the current professional standards of practice, responsibilities, duties, and legal limitations as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act
Abides by policies in the Employee Policy Manual (Handbook)
Obtains and Maintains: CPR Certification, physical examination, TB Screening, and Current immunizations
Attends required in-services and provides documentation to FCMS
