
Required Qualifications
- Physically able to do assigned job duties
- Maintains a Professional Image
- Maintains a satisfactory attendance record
- Is licensed with the State working in and keeps license valid
- Is able to report a patient’s health status and/or concerns to supervisory personnel
- Obtains and Maintains C.P. R. certification, physical examination, T.B. Screening, and current immunizations
- Demonstrates competency through skill/knowledge testing
- Attends required in-services and provides documentation to FCMS
- Has reliable transportation
- Has a reliable phone for arranging work schedules
- Abides by policies in the Employee Policy Manual (Handbook)
- Upon license renewal, forward a copy to FCMS
- Is aware of and fully understands the current professional standards of practice, responsibilities, duties, and legal limitations as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act
